With Many Thanks

Consulate General of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, the Consul in Dubai, and the

Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw, Director General and all the officers and staff who provided assistance.

All the individuals from home and abroad who provided assistance.

On behalf of my family, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to each and every individual who has helped me in every way during this entire process.

The burden that has been stress me down since November 23rd has finally been lifted today, and my family and I are truly happy and relieved.

On the evening of the 18th, I can consider it as the last shot. I have already bought a ticket to return. The Dubai Consulate has also connected me with the relevant departments. When I was about to go to the airport, I was not able to go to the airport due to the grace of my Myanmar Agent. Both my family and the consul who were directly assisting me on the ground were very sad. I've been through a lot of heartache, and I'm sure it must have been a lot of heartache for someone who was hoping to be able to return tonight.

December 20th, the Agent said that the check-in time would be 9 pm and that he would be taken to the airport to her. He contacted me at 7 pm. he said that the cancelation process had not been done yet, and that it was a weekend, so he had to change the date. I was so worried that changing process. I didn't want to live to a hundred years old. I prayed that this matter would be resolved quickly. I already tell her must be go back Myanmar today and the flight tickets already sent to her. But the cancelation was not done yet, and she do not known about that who was not informed about the date change, was praying that nothing would happen, and it was really heartbreaking.

1. November 26th, my acquaintance

sister and brother's family who helped me with my financial difficulties, I would like to thank them for their trust in me and for providing me with the money I needed within a few days.

2. November 29th, I would also like to express my gratitude to my two distant friends families who have always been there to help me with all my problems.

3. December 1st, the two sisters who were asked to help with financial difficulties are struggling to find any way to help, so they are asking for help from all sides. We are also grateful to the sisters who have been in touch with us.

4. Although we were unable to provide the necessary financial assistance due to various difficulties, we would like to thank our relatives who kindly offered their help.

5. We would also like to thank the brother from the news agency who helped connect the Myanmar Consulate General in Dubai with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw on December 1st.

I asked for help the financial assistance so that I could compensate the agent, and when discuss with him about her matter. He advice me contacted the relevant departments and asked for help.

December 6th, I thought that the financial difficulties had been resolved and that I no need to contact with the relevant departments, but on December 8th, the Oman Agent asked for more compensation than the initial request, so I asked for compensation to be negotiated. I first requested assistance from the Consulate on December 9th to return safely.

6. When I first contacted the Myanmar Consulate General in Dubai on December 9th, they only asked me one question: "Who is the contact person?" From the time I first contacted them on December 9th, and until I returned to Yangon Airport on December 11th, they provided me with all the assistance I needed.

Even on December 15, which was a government holiday, there was a problem at the agent's office, so I couldn't help from here, so I had to contact the consulate and ask for help.

In the meantime, I had to contact the consulate almost every day for a different issue and ask for help.

On the 18th, the consulate had been working all day to connect with relevant departments to purchase flight tickets and ensure a smooth return, but the Myanmar agent was late in connecting with them, and so we were unable to get to the airport on time.

On the 19th, Consul had to spend a lot of time helping to me. Consul solved the Myanmar Agent to buy a new plane ticket instead of the cancelled one.

On the 20th,  consul had to open a group chat to explain that she couldn't return due to the cancelation process.

My family and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to you for your continuous support, both big and small, in every way possible to ensure that her returned home safely.

To the extent consul helped us, he even transferred the remaining amount to the Myanmar Agent on December 16th, when my KBZ pay account limit was full, to transfer the compensation.

7. On December 12th, when I reported to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw, I was contacted by the relevant departments regarding the plight of a Myanmar citizen who was abroad and in need of assistance, and I am truly grateful and honored.

I would like to express my gratitude to all the officials under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs who have been assisting me.

On December 14th, I contacted the Agent started the transfer from the evening of December 14th to the day after the transfer was completed on December 16th. Agent said that she would return on the 18th. He contacted the Oman Agent until the morning of December 18th and said that he was helping her.

Even though Myanmar Agent asked me to bought the flight ticket on the night of the 18th, he did not contact the Oman Agent until the flight time. So the person concerned with our family members and the consul who was responsible for connecting all the departments very upset.

Since the flight ticket on the 19th was over AED 2,000, so he bought the flight ticket again on the night of the 20th. Since the cancelation process had not been completed, they gave me the information at 7pm December 20th that the date had been changed. I was also very upset.

But I am grateful to him for buying the flight ticket again and helping, who the Myanmar Agent at Al Fahad Plaza Building.

December 13th, who said, "I'm not the one who sent her to Dubai."

She stayed in her room for four days and even though she was the one who sent her to the airport before the check-in counter closed, who said, I did not know her. l would also like to thank the Agent of MTP Condo in Latha Township.

Who " If you carry the world" No" with you, you will never be poor even in old age. "

" ဘူး တစ်လုံးဆောင် အို တောင်မဆင်းရဲ "

On December 21st, I would also like to thank the Burmese interpreter from Al Ghawali Office.

Who pressured to continue for another two months, saying that she sincerely helped the Burmese workers.

Who " Kick a man when he's down. "

" ရေနစ်သူ ဝါးကူထိုး "

Whether it's because the job opportunities in Myanmar are limited or because of various reasons of the relevant matter, I don't mind if you go abroad and work. Based on what I've experienced recently, I sincerely hope that you should go only if all three of the following three things are convenient for you.

(When you arrive abroad, you must purchase a phone SIM card at the airport's SIM card counter who to be able to contact you.)

1. Since you will be working alone in another country, you have encountered difficulties due to various reasons. Can you solve the whole problem yourself in the language of the country or English to contact the organizations in the relevant country and ask for help?

2. Did you come through a foreign employment agency that is officially authorized by the state?

3. When you arrived abroad, was the agency you were currently working with a job that agency was officially recognized by the relevant country?

I would like you to carefully investigate.

( There are people who work illegally through various ways and some people are comfortable with everything.

Most of those who have had problems did not reveal the truth about that what they experienced, so people did not know what they had suffered. Because of the most Burmese people hold the saying.

Who " Only the sufferer knows how his belly aches. "

" ကိုယ့်ဝမ်းနာ ကိုယ်သာသိ " )

I do not want you do not go abroad with the sole intention of earning money due to family financial difficulties. Thinking that you can do everything you want once you arrive there?

If you have difficulties due to various reasons, there are many issues that cannot be solved with money alone.

You went to work because you wanted money, but then you had to face various difficulties and difficulties, and even if you could easily return to home, your family would have compensated for you their property.. You would have faced a situation where you would have been lost of your property.

Who " He dropped a fish-hook whenever the fish sent up bubbles (expecting to catch it). "

" ဖွတ်မရ ဓားမဆုံး "

December 23rd, At exactly 12:00 PM, My Sister from abroad was able to return to Myanmar safely. Our whole family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the people from the state organizations and each and every person who helped us.

With Many Thanks,

Khin Sandar Waine

23rd December 2024.
